About MCE

MCE has been established in CONGO for over 10 years in metrological expertise work throughout the country and is approved by the Ministry of Mines. By integrating the know-how of the ALMA group, MCE offers solutions from A to Z concerning the study of your hydrocarbon metering installations until the implementation of solutions appropriate to your needs. To date, more than 680 barémages, 450 tests, 700 calibrations of depot meters, 230 inspections of oil barges, 180 expertises of tanker cars, 50 inspections of tanker trucks have been carried out by our company while remaining in the "0" accident rate.

Our services are aimed at both industrial companies and operators in the distribution and transportation of hydrocarbons, as well as individuals. We carry out:

·cleaning and degassing of tanks;

·retesting of the tanks;

·the strapping of hydrocarbon containers;

·control of flow meters;

·the study of your installations and solutions optimizing your fuel stock management

·the topography of your sites by drone.

Throughout all the tasks and missions entrusted to us, we make every effort to carry them out in full compliance with oil regulations. Our staff have been trained with this in mind, and all our equipment and working methods are fully compliant with the health and safety standards required by law.
