Founded in 2005, MCE initially specialized in all operations involving the control, measurement and assessment of hydrocarbon containers such as tanks, wagons, barges, transpacks and reservoirs throughout the Congolese territory.
MCE then established a partnership with ALMA, a company specializing in petroleum product counting solutions, to benefit from the latest technological innovations and provide turnkey solutions.
To complete this modernization, MCE has established a network of experts to carry out site measurements by drone.
